There's something I don't understand about Interest Rates: Our interest rates are now higher than the global average - though not as high as places like Iceland or Brazil. Why doesn't all the cash in the global market rush into the Australian market to take advantage of our high rates? If this were to happen, would it push the value of our dollar up?
